|Recommended: YesI've lived in residence at government center since Sept 2021. The property is located in the heart of FFX. It's so convenient to everything, but for me, my mom It's the management that matters the most. There's no one like JENN. She professional, polite, kind, generous, understanding, dedicated and always willing to help residence regardless of the situation. She has brought alot of positive changes into this property,and continues to do so. My mother and I always,and forever will appreciate JENN. She has made residence a better, and safe place for current and future tenants to live. We don't see ourselves living anywhere else but here in residence. Thanks to Jenn.

While my first year had its challenges, the experience has completely turned around thanks to the new property manager and office staff. Their professionalism and dedication have made an incredible difference, transforming the overall functionality and responsiveness of the team. The community itself has always been a highlight—clean, safe, and well-maintained—and now, with the improved management, it’s even better. |Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — This property is one of the best places in Fairfax to live I love living here because it’s safe, clean, quiet and convenient to everything. I love the security set up of the building, I’m never embarrassed to invite friends over because the building is always clean and smells fresh. I am also happy that I don’t have to travel far when it’s time to grocery shop or retail shop. The staff responds immediately to anything I need regarding maintenance and the job is completed in a timely and professional manner.

|Recommended: NoDon’t move here unless you want to wake up at 6-7 am and then be unable to sleep till 1-2 am because of inconsiderate upstairs neighbors unless you want your emails to be completely disregarded by the people who should be working instead of doing absolutely nothing all day every day.
