|Recommended: YesClean, Safe Apartments. Very Family Friendly — Apartments are a better size, the building cleaner and better quality, than you will find for this price in most of Fairfax. The walls are a bit thin, but I don't find my neighbors to be any louder than at other apartment complexes. Some of the building materials don't seem to be super high quality, but again, the building is a lot nicer than anything else I'd seen in this price range in Fairfax.
Staff is friendly and responsive. My teen forgot his key and was locked out a few times, and the office was kind enough to unlock out apartment so he could get back in.
The application process does take a long time- but they have a lot of regulations to comply with, so that's understandable. It's best to plan ahead and have some flexibility with your move-in date if you are hoping to live here.
I have had no issues with my or my guest's car being towed or broken into. I park both in the parking lot and in the garage. I feel very safe here.
Also- I have not encountered any cockroaches here I was begining to think that roaches went hand-in-hand with apartment living, but have been pleasantly surprised to find that roaches have not been an issue here.
|Recommended: YesNeighbors Too Noisy — I love living here, however, the residents above move are very loud and noisy. It sounds like they are throwing and or moving furniture and running in the apartment. These activities frequently occur late at night and disturb my sleep, making the following day at work very difficult. .

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Housing In The Heart Of Fairfax — I love living here. I appreciate that the needs of the community are the priority. The staff, particularly Magaly, have been a wonder to work with. The building is as quiet as you could expect from an apartment building, and I love that as a resident I am always able to find parking in the garage. The location is central to a great school district, variety of grocery stores and entertainment, and the highway is easily accessible. I feel safe here and it has been such a blessing to find affordable housing in the heart of Fairfax.
|Recommended: NoParking Partition — There has to be a better way to hold people responsible for always breaking the parking partition. In all essence, I don't feel safe parking in the garage. You don't know if the people that are parking are from our building or somewhere else. This has been an issue since I've moved in back in June.
Please address this issue effectively and immediately.
